 Also known as Power of Attorney. Authority to act on behalf of health care matters and end of life decisions.
 
Representative Payee
 Recieves Social Security benefits, Railroad benefits, and/or Veteran benefits for you. Is responsible to use those funds to pay bills and purchase necessities for you.
